About the job

In this role, you will provide sustainability expertise, insights, and hands-on execution support across the organization as part of Orifarm's small corporate sustainability team. You will coordinate and execute key elements of Orifarm's CSRD reporting process, manage our EcoVadis rating, support tender processes with sustainability documentation, and contribute to a broad range of sustainability-related projects and priorities.

You will work closely with colleagues across functions to integrate sustainability into everyday decision-making while helping the organization navigate evolving EU sustainability regulations, including CSRD, PPWR, EUDR, and related frameworks.

As our Sustainability Manager you will report to the Head of Sustainability and play an important role in supporting and advancing Orifarm's sustainability agenda across the business. While the position currently does not include direct people management responsibilities, there will be significant opportunities to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Support preparation for CSRD reporting, including data collection, documentation, and preparation of reporting deliverables in line with Orifarm’s sustainability reporting responsibilities
• Manage and improve Orifarm's EcoVadis rating, including evidence gathering and action planning
• Prepare sustainability documentation and responses to customer requests and questionnaires
• Drive collection of sustainability KPIs and qualitative sustainability data across manufacturing sites and functions, including selected Social & Governance (S&G) topics
• Track and interpret relevant sustainability regulation (CSRD, PPWR, EUDR, and others) and translate requirements into practical actions
• Act as a sparring partner for stakeholders across the organization on sustainability-related questions
• Support cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving Orifarm's sustainability performance
• Contribute to internal communication on sustainability progress and initiatives

Who are you?

We imagine that you have:

• A relevant degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field
• Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks (CSRD/ESRS, EcoVadis, or similar)
• Experience providing sustainability documentation to customers and responding to customer sustainability requests is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with a structured and detail-oriented approach to driving initiatives across a cross-functional organization
• Strong English skills to work in an international organization; Danish is an advantage
