Transfer Pricing Manager
Odense S, DK, 5260
Join Orifarm as a Transfer Pricing Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping and safeguarding the Group’s transfer pricing framework in an international and regulated environment. This role is ideal for a candidate who wants to operate close to the business, influence cross border decisions, and create clarity and robustness in a complex group structure.
About the job
Orifarm is looking for a skilled and proactive Transfer Pricing Manager to strengthen our Tax & Enterprise Risk Management function. In this role, you will take ownership of transfer pricing across the Group and play a key role in ensuring that our intercompany pricing, documentation, and governance support both business strategy and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with Finance, Legal, Group Reporting and local entities across Europe, and you will be involved early in business decisions with cross border impact. The role combines technical depth, business partnering, and project ownership in an international and regulated environment.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Owning and further developing Orifarm’s transfer pricing framework, including policies, governance and operating model
- Managing global transfer pricing documentation (Master File / Local Files), including coordination with external advisors
- Acting as a trusted internal advisor on intercompany transactions, business changes, restructurings and new operating models
- Supporting Finance and Group Reporting on transfer pricing related matters, including Pillar 2 / GloBE interaction where relevant
- Leading and coordinating transfer pricing audits and inquiries in cooperation with local finance teams and advisors
- Ensuring alignment between transfer pricing, legal structure and business reality (FAR, contracts, actual conduct)
- Monitoring regulatory developments and translating them into practical and proportionate solutions for the business
- Contributing to continuous improvement of tax and risk processes, documentation and controls
You will report to the Head of Tax & Enterprise Risk Management and become part of the Tax & Enterprise Risk Management team, which sits within Orifarm’s CFO area.
Who are you?
We are looking for a colleague who combines strong transfer pricing expertise with a pragmatic and collaborative mindset. You are comfortable taking ownership, engaging with senior stakeholders and translating complex rules into clear recommendations.
We expect that you:
- Have a relevant Master’s degree (economics, finance, law, accounting or similar)
- Have 4–7+ years of experience within transfer pricing, tax or international advisory (in house and/or Big 4)
- Have solid knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and practical experience with documentation and audits
- Are structured, analytical and able to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams in parallel
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English (Danish is an advantage, not a requirement)
- Are comfortable working in an international, matrix based organization
- Experience from a regulated industry (e.g. pharma, life sciences or similar) is an advantage, but not a requirement.
