We are looking for an experienced IT leader to ensure stable operations and drive the future development of Orifarm’s IT ServiceDesk. This is an exciting opportunity to not only oversee daily operations but also shape and optimize processes, introduce improvements, and support the growth of our service capabilities.
About the job
As the Manager of our IT ServiceDesk, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, team performance, and continuous process improvements across all Orifarm locations. Your tasks will include:
Leadership
- Providing opportunities for employees development
- Encouraging the team to work in collaborative environment
- Keeping the team motivated and engaged to achieve company’s mission
- Making sure the team has capabilities and is enabled to perform on a level required by Orifarm
Management
- Overseeing IT ServiceDesk daily operations
- Ensuring optimal staffing
- Managing the performance of the team by providing direction, setting and evaluate individual objectives
Processes
- Creating, maintaining and improving relevant processes
- Making sure the team is trained, they understand and follow the processes
General
- Representing IT ServiceDesk to stakeholders
- Working in accordance with Orifarm Group IT Strategy & OKRs – assuring that the Corporate IT strategy is broken down into concrete operational goals within the fields of team
- Acting as escalation point
- Continuously searching for service improvements and aiming for their development
- Improving user / customer satisfaction
- Close collaboration with other IT teams
- Collaboration with business units across Orifarm group
- Assuring an effective utilization of resources among other things via budget planning and follow-up
- Process ownership of IT Incident & IT Service Request processes
You will report to Director of IT Operations and Platforms and be part of the Orifarm Group IT department.
Who are you?
You have relevant work experience, and you bring a proven track record in managing IT ServiceDesk teams. You are ITIL educated, with a good understanding of GxP requirements and structured processes.

You will join Orifarm’s Group IT department, working closely with colleagues across multiple locations and functions. Job Location
Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid work model – 3x/week from the office located in the prestigious Gdański Business Center at Inflancka 4.
Travel:
- Expected to visit Orifarm sites (Denmark, Germany, Czechia) where ServiceDesk is present from time to time (approx.. 1x per quarter)
- Special for the first 6 months: Physical presence in our Czech site to get to know the team (expected 1-2 days every other week)
