We are looking for a structured and proactive Supply Chain professional who thrives in a role with broad supplier interaction, strong coordination responsibilities, and a focus on ensuring reliable supply and operational excellence across a cluster of suppliers.
About the job
In this role, you will collaborate closely with a defined cluster of suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure products are delivered in full, on time, and in line with contractual and operational requirements. You will play a key role in aligning demand, orders, and supplier performance while supporting efficient end-to-end supply chain processes within Orifarm.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing order processes, forecasts, and purchase orders with suppliers in alignment with lead times, contracts, and demand plans
- Coordinating supplier onboarding, agreements, change control processes, and technical goods receipt within the Supplier Relationship Team (SRT)
- Driving S&OP processes with suppliers and reporting into Orifarm’s internal S&OP setup
- Overseeing commercial and operational topics within the SRT, including repacking activities, invoice handling, reconciliation, and commercial risk management
- Supporting performance management through KPIs, reporting, business review meetings (BMRs), and close collaboration with internal stakeholders
You will become part of the Corporate Supply organization and a team member in a Supplier Relationship Team.
Who are you?
You are a supply chain professional with a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and experience working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You bring a structured, detail-oriented approach while being comfortable handling multiple interfaces and priorities.
You have:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a similar field
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and experience working with ERP and related systems
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, combined with resilience and accuracy in your work
- A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with the ability to support cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage
Who are we?
You will be a part of a Supplier Relationship Teams (SRT) and report to Director Supplier Relationship Management. Together the team in a cross functional set up, is responsible for the supplier performance. You work closely with stakeholders outside the SRTs in Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Artwork, Quality, and Global Transportation. The team values openness, shared responsibility, and practical problem-solving, with a strong focus on cross-functional cooperation.

Job Location
Warsaw office located at Inflancka 4A. Hybrid work model – 3x/week.
Some travels to CMOs will be included in the role.
