About the job
As Service Desk / Site IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining stable IT operations by providing first- and second-line support and managing incidents in ServiceNow across the organization.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Handling incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and correct prioritization
- Providing on-site and remote IT support for end users, including hardware, software, and workplace IT
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user equipment and IT assets
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across IT and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Supporting international sites; occasional international travel may be required
You will report to the IT Service Desk Manager and become part of the Group IT department, working closely with colleagues across Orifarm’s international organization.
Who are you?
You have solid experience from a Service Desk or IT Support role in an international environment and are confident working with the ServiceNow platform as your primary tool. You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and take ownership of tasks from start to finish. You bring:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Background in IT support, service desk, or site support
- Good understanding of Windows environments and standard business applications
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- A collaborative mindset and strong service orientation
- Professional English skills; additional languages are an advantage
