About the job
As our new Senior Procurement Specialist, you will play a central role in establishing our brand-new procurement setup in Warsaw within Orifarm’s Shared Services Center. You will execute procurement activities across a wide range of indirect categories – from Marketing and IT to Facility Management, Travel, Professional Services, and MRO, supporting all Orifarm entities across Europe.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Driving procurement activities in alignment with category strategies, following Orifarm’s defined 5-step sourcing model.
- Supporting end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFx preparation, supplier communication, and bid evaluation.
- Managing the lifecycle of contracts – drafting, reviewing, negotiating, renewing, amending, and terminating contracts.
- Ensuring full compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
- Maintaining a structured contract repository and contributing to cost optimization and process improvements.
You will report to the Head of Indirect Procurement and become part of the Business Finance & Indirect Procurement department, working closely with colleagues in both Warsaw and Odense, and supporting key stakeholder all across Europe.
Who are you?
You are a structured and proactive procurement professional with solid experience in sourcing and contract management.
We imagine that you bring:
- Around 5 years of experience within procurement, sourcing, contract management, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with procurement processes, contract negotiations, vendor relationship management, and supplier performance management.
- The ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into effective procurement actions.
- Experience working across multiple indirect categories; IT procurement experience is a strong advantage.
- Comfort working in an international environment with diverse stakeholders across Legal, Finance, and business functions.
- Interest in digital tools, GenAI, and Co-pilot solutions, and a desire to work smarter through new technology.
- A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, and motivation to help build a new procurement setup from the ground up.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Who are we?
Indirect Procurement in Orifarm was established in May 2024. Every day, we do our outmost to do more for the business through our value proposition: We reduce cost, we manage risks, we maximize cash flow and boost value to our stakeholder. You will join Orifarm’s Indirect Procurement department, where we are establishing a new procurement setup in our Shared Services Center in Warsaw. You will work closely with our team in Odense, currently a team of 3 colleagues, while your daily work and base will remain in Warsaw. To support the collaboration, you can expect 3–4 yearly trips to Odense.
