Country/Region:  PL
Location:

Warsaw, PL, 00-189

We're looking for a Senior Manager IT Infrastructure to lead our Warsaw-based infrastructure team and drive the platform initiatives behind our digital transformation.

About the job

You will lead a team of about 8 engineers covering on-premise, cloud and networking. Your job is to keep a complex, regulated environment running reliably while moving the platform toward its target operating model (TOM). That includes our Must Wins: building toward a Zero Trust architecture and strong OT network segmentation.

You will work closely with the Lead Cloud Architect. Together you will turn architecture direction into delivery and make sure cloud strategy, standards and roadmap decisions are carried out in practice. You will also work closely with the other managers in IT Infrastructure & Operations as part of the leadership team.

Your responsibilities

Lead and develop the team

  • Manage, coach and grow the team, and run the team rhythm: standups, sprint planning, incident reviews, 1:1s and performance conversations
  • Build skills where we have gaps: Cloud/IaaS, automation, monitoring and architecture

Own the infrastructure platform

  • Operate servers, virtualisation, networking and connectivity across Orifarm's locations, and keep them secure, reliable and compliant
  • Deliver the Azure-first cloud roadmap and workload migrations together with the Lead Cloud Architect
  • Set up monitoring, observability and alerting as a managed capability
  • Use automation to reduce manual work and improve reliability
  • Mature IT Asset Management and the CMDB
  • Drive the Zero Trust roadmap across identity, network and endpoint, and build out OT network segmentation

Deliver in a regulated environment

  • Work within our GxP framework: validated systems, change control, audit trails and documented procedures
  • Support NIS2 compliance and audit readiness across the infrastructure domain

Drive service quality

  • Act as the first escalation point for infrastructure incidents and deliver against agreed SLAs
  • Reduce technical debt, prioritised by business risk and TOM maturity
  • Contribute to architecture decisions with the Lead Cloud Architect, and keep infrastructure standards up to date

Who you are?

  • 5+ years leading IT infrastructure teams
  • Strong hands-on background in server/virtualisation, networking and Azure
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as GxP or pharma, or with similar compliance frameworks
  • Proven ability to build team capability over time
  • Fluent English, the working language of the I&O team
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organisation with stakeholders in several locations

Strong advantages

  • Experience with NIS2 or ISO 27001
  • Azure certification (AZ-104 or higher), ITIL Foundation or higher
  • ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 administration and licensing, SASE
  • Architecture and design experience at infrastructure level
  • Polish language skills

What we offer:

  • Full-time employment contract
  • Annual bonus
  • Life insurance
  • Private medical care
  • Subsidy to a sports card
  • PPK
  • Hybrid work model
  • Flexible working hours
