We are looking for a structured and analytical Senior Business Process Optimization Specialist with strong Lean Six Sigma capabilities. You have hands-on experience with administrative processes and process mapping, and you’re confident teaching and embedding Lean methodologies across teams. You challenge inefficiencies, drive continuous improvement, and deliver measurable impact across operations. You thrive on data, collaboration, and a mindset of ongoing improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and facilitate process optimization initiatives:
    Identify, design, and deliver high-impact, cross-functional process improvement projects that increase efficiency, quality, and customer value using LEAN methodology and tools.
  • Enable organizational capability:
    Coach and collaborate with process owners to build local process ownership and improvement capabilities, fostering accountability and long-term process thinking.
  • Embed continuous improvement culture:
    Drive the adoption of continuous improvement practices (LEAN) by equipping process owners, local optimization specialists, and teams with the skills, frameworks, and mindsets needed to improve processes independently and sustainably.
  • Enable through KPIs and insights:
    Help business units interpret relevant KPIs that reflect process performance, maturity, and improvement opportunities. Use these metrics to guide decision-making, prioritization, and benefit realization.
  • Train and mentor in LEAN Mindset
    Build internal capability by training and coaching local optimization specialists and teams, ensuring consistent methodology and high standards across the organization.
  • Digital and AI-enabled optimization:
    Collaborate with digital and IT teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration. Ensure technology is embedded effectively within redesigned processes.
  • Business Process Management Governance and standards:
    Contribute to the development and application of enterprise-wide process management frameworks, continuous improvement standards, building a LEAN tools playbook and governance practices.
  • Change and Adoption Leadership:
    Support structured change management activities to ensure successful implementation of optimized processes and sustained behavioral change. Promote success stories to build momentum.

 

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Process Excellence and are part of the Process Excellence team under Corporate Compliance in Odense. 

 

Who are you? 

 

You are a structured and analytical Business Process Optimization Specialist with minimum Green Belt Certification (Black Belt would be an asset) and strong Lean Six Sigma capabilities. 6+ years of experience in business process improvement. You have hands-on experience with Kaizen and process mapping, and you understand how to build process hierarchies, and process governance.

You’re confident teaching and embedding Lean methodologies across teams, and you bring a mindset rooted in continuous improvement. You are curious, persistent, and pragmatic — always seeking better ways of working. You’re a natural facilitator and coach, skilled at engaging stakeholders and driving change collaboratively.

You combine a strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for linking data to business value. You’re comfortable navigating digital process tools such as RPA and AI, and you thrive in environments where structure, teamwork, and measurable impact matter.

Job Location

Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid work model – 3x/week from the office located in the prestigious Gdański Business Center at Inflancka 4.

Occasional travel may occur (10%).
