About the job
As our new colleague, you will take care of administrative and documentation tasks to ensure our product information and packaging materials are always accurate and compliant. You will work closely with colleagues in Regulatory Affairs in both Denmark and Germany.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Updating and maintaining product information and packaging materials throughout the lifecycle
• Managing documentation, filing, archiving, and database records (MS Dynamics AX and others)
• Preparing packaging materials such as labels and instructions in line with requirements
• Creating mock-ups and supporting authority submissions
• Coordinating with Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure smooth processes
You will be part of the Regulatory Affairs team and report to the RA Manager.
Who are you?
You enjoy working with administrative processes and have a precise, structured, and detail-focused working style. You are motivated by stability, accuracy, and routine. You bring:
- A background in administration, health care, or similar (e.g. office clerk, case worker, nurse, midwife)
- Good English skills (C1) – written and spoken
- Experience with databases and administrative systems; Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign skills are an advantage
- Team spirit, motivation, and a hands-on mentality
