National Key Account Manager - Pharmacy Chains

We are currently seeking a National Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team and manage relationships with key pharmacy chains across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Central management and cooperation with the largest pharmacy chains in Poland.

Negotiation and implementation of annual contracts

Execition of established annual and quartelly sales targets.

Management of annual and periodic marketing budgets.

Management of product categories in pharmacy chains

Implementation of established sales services, qualitative and quantitative KPIs in pharmacy chains.

Qualifications:

Higher education

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical business.

Knowledge of the pharmacy market and experience in working with pharmacy chains.

Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and dynamics of pharmacy chains.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.

Knowledge of English in speech and writing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Willingness to travel for business.
