About the job
The IT Project Manager holds end-to-end accountability for delivering IT projects and programs within the approved governance framework. This includes responsibility for:
- Own end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programs, ensuring on-value execution
- Lead cross-domain and cross-functional teams through complex change, driving alignment between business, IT, and strategic priorities
- Establish and govern project plans, scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization across the full lifecycle
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring informed decision-making within governance frameworks
- Drive adoption, change management, and organizational readiness to ensure sustainable implementation and long-term value realization
- Coordinate and maintain PMO processes, standards, reporting, risk management, and governance forums to support successful project delivery and portfolio oversight
Who are you?
You are a skilled professional with min. Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, IT / Information Systems. Project Management or Change Management) and at least 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
Apart from that you have:
- IT project management experience across complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience establishing and managing project scope, plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance forums
- Strong understanding of IT governance, PMO standards, portfolio prioritization, and project reporting
- Ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and decision-making in structured governance settings
- Experience driving adoption, change management, organizational readiness, and benefits realization
- Financial acumen, including working with project budgets and benefit tracking
- Proficiency with project management, reporting, planning, risk, and collaboration tools
- High level of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus
- Excellent communication skills with ability to create clarity, structure, and alignment
- Strong leadership of cross-domain and cross-functional teams through ambiguity and complexity
- Structured and disciplined way of working, with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to balance strategic priorities, delivery realities, risks, and trade-offs
- Confidence handling escalations, difficult conversations, and senior stakeholder alignment
- Change-oriented mindset with focus on adoption, sustainable implementation, and value realization
- Advanced English skills
- Experience from Pharma Industries would be an advantage
Who are we?
You would join a small high-performing team, that is newly established as a Transformation Office. The Transformation Office ensure IT is continuously delivering value to Business and that IT is operated and governed efficiently. The Transformation office exists to bridge Orifarm strategic direction (IT strategy/Business Strategy) and measurable outcomes (successful change), while continuously raising the overall maturity of IT governance, delivery and vendor management.
The transformation team is run as a collective team, and you must expect to solve tasks within your area but collaborate closely with your team members transversely.
Job Location
Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid work model – 3x/week from the office located at Inflancka 4A.
Business travel may occur (30 days/year).
