IT Compliance Assistant

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented IT Compliance Assistant who is comfortable working with standardized procedures and supporting compliance in a regulated environment.
About the job
In this role, you will support the organization in maintaining a compliant IT environment by executing key compliance activities and ensuring proper documentation and controls across IT systems. You will work closely with colleagues across IT and other departments to support audits, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to internal and external requirements.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining and updating the IT service catalogue, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Performing compliance activities (e.g. user access reviews, periodic controls, reporting) in line with the IT compliance year wheel
• Supporting audits, inspections, and compliance-related projects across the organization
• Maintaining compliance documentation (e.g. system descriptions, SOPs) and supporting minor updates and training
• Providing support in system/supplier assessments and other IT compliance-related activities
You will become part of the Corporate IT function and collaborate closely with colleagues across IT, Quality, and other business areas to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
Who are you?
You have a relevant educational background and a solid understanding of compliance operations, ideally within IT or a regulated environment. You are comfortable working with structured processes and standardized procedures, and you have strong communication skills that allow you to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
You are detail-oriented, well-organized, and take ownership of your responsibilities. You are able to work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring high-quality delivery of tasks. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Who are we?
You will join a collaborative and international Corporate IT team focused on delivering secure, compliant, and efficient IT services across the organization. The team works closely with multiple departments, including Quality and business stakeholders, to ensure that systems and processes meet regulatory requirements.
Job Location
Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid work model – 3x/week from the office located at Inflancka 4A.
