About the job

As an HR Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our data utilization capabilities. From crafting comprehensive reports in SuccessFactors to conducting in-depth data analyses, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into strategic insights.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure ongoing reporting of HR data to the business
  • Drive and ensure the validation of master data in SuccessFactors
  • Conduct thorough data analysis and produce comprehensive reports, offering both retrospective insights and forward-looking guidance derived from your analyses. Prioritize insightful findings to facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Take a proactive approach in facilitating data-driven decisions.

 

Who are you?

We imagine that you have 3+ years of experience as an analyst preferably within HR, essentially from an international company. In your prior role, you have demonstrated your ability to translate complex data and analytics into strategic insights. Additionally, you have shown your ability to questioning conventional approaches and suggesting alternative solutions.

 

Considering Orifarm’s international footprint, your fluency in written and spoken English is crucial, as is your ability to collaborate across diverse geographic regions. Furthermore, your ability to adapt to changing processes and help establish new processes, combined with your adept stakeholder management skills, are key factors for success in this position.

 

Additionally, we expect you to:

  • Have practical experience with HR systems like SuccessFactors, WorkDay or similar systems – preferably SuccessFactors
  • Have solid skills in using Microsoft Office, incl. Excel, Power BI etc.
  • Approach tasks and problem-solving in an analytical and structured manner
  • Feel comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Show a sense of urgency in completing tasks and possess a service-oriented mindset

 

Who are we? 

You will be part of a global team, collaborating closely with the Corporate People & Culture function.

Currently, our team in Poland comprises 5 employees, with 2 stationed in Warsaw, where you will also be based alongside colleagues from both People & Culture and Commercial. You will report to Director, HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits who is based in Denmark.

Job Location

The position is based at our office in Warsaw, but you will also have the flexibility to work from home some days.
