We are seeking a strategic Commercial Manager to spearhead the development and execution of commercial initiatives for unlicensed pharmaceutical products across the Baltic region. About the job

As Commercial Manager for unlicensed products, you will contribute to developing and implementing the Commercial strategy for UL Medicines and delivering on sales opportunities to ensure continued growth for Orifarm Healthcare in the Baltic countries.

Additional key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Actively contribute to the delivery of Turnover and Gross profit targets for Unlicensed Medicines
  • Support, deliver, and maintain account plans while ensuring key sales KPIs are achieved
  • Identify and deliver on Baltics shortage opportunities
  • Contribute to the growth of the UL product portfolio
  • Analyse & manage new business leads and opportunities to deliver future business growth
  • Optimise the commercial process to flow better in preparation for continual growth
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Manage contract relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g., data protection)
  • Ensure CRM is continually updated and information is used to support sales
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Operations and Quality teams

In this position, you will report to the Country Manager for Baltics.

 

Independent commercial profile.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a suitable field. However, the most important thing is that you have proven experience in a Commercial role with a successful history of achieving high-value sales and building as well as shaping long-term business relationships. If you have experience from the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, it will be an advantage.

 

As a professional, you possess great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills. You also feel a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. You pride yourself on creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Additionally, we expect you to have:

  • A proven track record in commercial roles with demonstrated success in high-value sales
  • Experience in building and managing long-term business relationships
  • A results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ownership mentality
  • Exceptional time management skills

 

As Orifarm is an international company, you must be proficient in English and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

 

The Commercial team

You will become part of the Baltic Commercial Team which is located in Vilnius and Tallinn. The team is with ambitious growth plans for the future.

 

This newly created position is the first role that is dedicated to UL medicines and this area development in the Baltics. You will report to the Country Manager Baltics who is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Further, you will work closely with our UL team colleagues in Denmark to ensure enquiries, RFQs, and orders are processed according to procedures. Danish team will be your main internal stakeholder.

Job location

The position is located in Vilnius, Lithuania. We enjoy meeting in the office a few days per week, but it will also be possible to work from home 1-2 days per week.
