We are now looking for a temporary Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Associate to cover a 12-month maternity leave. The objective of the position is quality and regulatory work within our business areas; parallel imported and generic medicines. Your role
In the role as Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Associate you will support the local quality and regulatory affairs system to comply with GDP and local regulations. You will be part of our Swedish team positioned in the heart of Stockholm which is responsible for sales and support towards the Swedish market. Orifarm Sweden is part of the growing Danish healthcare organization Orifarm Group, and you will be working in close collaboration with both the local quality responsible person in Orifarm Sweden and with the Danish teams in both specific ongoing cases and in more general matters.

 

You will report to Country manager Sweden. A great part of the work involves building and maintaining good relationships with customers, the Swedish Medical Products Agency, the Swedish pharmacy chains and colleagues within the Orifarm group.

 

Some of your main tasks will be:

 

  • Handling of product quality complaints
  • Intake of adverse events
  • Handling of customer inquiries
  • Maintaining procedures (SOPs)
  • Handling deviations and CAPA
  • Participate in internal audits
  • Contact with authority
  • Administration of product information in FASS and LiiV
  • Etc.

The position is temporary for 12 months, with start date in August 2024.

Furthermore, you are a team player who enjoys working with and challenging your close colleagues, as well as appreciate working in a broad network across departments. You are energetic, thrive in balancing several tasks and enjoy problem solving.

 

To succeed in the role you should also:

  • Hold a university degree in pharmaceutical sciences (receptarie or apotekare); recent graduates are welcome
  • Be fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
