About the job 

Join us at Orifarm as our new Brand Manager OTC, a pivotal role where you’ll take the lead in building and executing growth strategies, launching new products and brands, managing the product portfolio and owning brand communication in close collaboration with key pharmacy customers and internal stakeholders.

As Brand Manager OTC, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading growth initiatives with a main focus on the OTC category
  • Developing and executing strong Go-To-Market and communication plans
  • Managing brand strategy, portfolio planning, and leading sell-in presentations to central pharmacy customers
  • Coordinating campaign development from concept to regulatory approval
  • Driving new product development (NPD), analysing business cases, sales and market data and collaborating with the Global team to shape the Swedish OTC portfolio
  • Managing contacts with agencies and partners with a consumer- and customer-centric approach
  • Supporting OTC projects and advising internally on medical-scientific matter.
  • Creating and reviewing communication (and educational ) material for both consumers and HCPs, ensuring compliance with Swedish pharmaceutical marketing regulations

This is a role with both strategic and operational responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ideas from concept to execution. You will be reporting to Head of Consumer Healthcare Sweden, Marina Eriksdotter.

 

Who are you? 

We’re looking for a seasoned Brand Manager who thrives in a fast-moving environment and has a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market.

We expect you to have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Brand Manager role within the pharmaceutical industry, Category manger from Pharmacy chains, or equivalent
  • Preferably experience working with central pharmacy customers
  • A degree as Pharmacist (preferred) or relevant academic background in Life Sciences or Business
  • Solid understanding of either OTC, Consumer Healthcare, Medical Devise (previous experience in OTC is a strong plus)
  • Project management skills
  • Commercial mindset
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and ethical rules (e.g. LVFS 2009:6, LIF LER);
  • IMA certification is a merit

  • A self-starter who takes ownership and drives results
  • Analytical, creative, and structured
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
  • Easily navigates in a complex industry with many stakeholders both internal and external
