Student Assistant - Sales & Marketing

We are looking for a detail-oriented student assistant with great analytical and coordination skills to support Sales & Marketing tasks at Orifarm

About the job

As our new student assistant, you will support with various Trade Marketing & analytical tasks as part of our Danish Sales & Marketing team. We offer you an opportunity to expand your marketing skills, while being part of a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for performance updates and reporting, as well as coordination tasks. 

In this role, your responsibilities will grow over time as you will be exposed to a variety of tasks and to cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders. The position is at our office in Søborg, Copenhagen area.

Your main tasks include:

• Reporting sustainability and sales performance
• Updating monthly price lists
• Dashboard updates and market data analysis
• Ordering various POS materials
• Coordination of marketing processes
• Being the main point of contact with our suppliers, warehouse and sales force team
• Presentation preparation and analysis support

Who are you?

We are looking for an ambitious student assistant currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program or starting a master’s degree in business administration or marketing. You are available to work approximately 14 hours per week. Moreover, we offer great flexibility around exam periods and holidays.

We imagine that you have great analytical and coordination skills. You have an eye for detail, and you also bring Excel knowledge. As a person, you enjoy collaborating with others and take responsibility for your tasks. Proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as advanced Danish understanding is required.

Our Danish Sales & Marketing team covers 3 business areas: Pharma Trade, prescription medicine (Specialty) and Over-the-Counter (OTC), and you will be supporting the latter one. Part of our team is based at our headquarters in Odense, while the rest work from our office in Søborg, where you will be based. You will report to Karolina Piotrowska – Product & Insights Manager.
