Student Assistant - Global Commercial Consumer Healthcare

We are looking for a curious and business-oriented student who wants hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical and food industry. As our new student assistant in Global Commercial Consumer Healthcare, you bring structure, curiosity, and a strong drive to support a team in rapid development.

About the job 

As our new student assistant, you will work approximately 10–12 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 15 hours. We offer flexibility to accommodate your studies, especially during exam periods. Your primary workplace will be at our Copenhagen office in Søborg, where you will collaborate closely with dedicated full-time colleagues and be part of a dynamic team of skilled student assistants.

You will support the daily operations of the Consumer Healthcare Division through a variety of tasks, including:

• Assisting supplier management, project management and masterdata management by entering data into relevant Orifarm systems (Axapta, Monday).
• Assisting supplier management in contract handling and maintenance.
• Arranging samples to suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Assisting the management team in preparing presentations (PowerPoint).
• Assisting the management team in coordinating and planning team or stakeholder events.
• Various ad hoc tasks supporting management and team members.

Who are you?

We expect you to be enrolled in a degree program within business administration or a similar field, with preferably 2–3 years remaining in your studies.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong sense of structure and consistently delivers high-quality work on time.
• Is detail-oriented and works carefully, systematic, and structured.
• Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and is generally comfortable with IT tools.
• Approaches new challenges with curiosity and thrives just as well when handling routine tasks.
• Contributes to a positive team spirit and are open and responsible.
• Communicates clearly and fluently in both Danish and English, both written and spoken.
