About the job
As our new Category Manager, Consumer Healthcare, you will become responsible for managing two of our cross-country focus categories within the Consumer Healthcare platform; Bone Health and Nutritional Support. These categories covers both Over-the-counter medicines (OTC) and Vitamins, Minerals and Food Supplements (VMS).
The purpose of this role is to grow the Consumer Healthcare platform across markets in accordance with the business objectives and the commercial strategy.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in driving synergies across markets through cross-country pipeline development, cross-country marketing initiatives and by sharing best-practices.
Task and responsibilities include:
- Define and drive yearly cross-country strategy plans including category- and brand strategies with a 3-year outlook
- Further build the pipeline with a focus on line-extensions and light innovations
- Ensure cross-country communication platform to support the growth journey for key brands and focus categories, incl. development of cross-country marketing toolbox
- P&L responsibility for Bone Health and Nutritional Support categories
- Manage A&P with a focus on securing investment in projects that drive the best ROI
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across the value chain, markets and external agencies
In this position you will report to the Head of Commercial Marketing, Consumer Healthcare and join the department Portfolio & Commercial Consumer Healthcare.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate brings a relevant educational background and minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position within an international consumer-focused organization, preferably in the Consumer Healthcare sector.
As a professional, you work independently and have successfully led strong brands or categories. Additionally, you have exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience working in a matrix organization as this role requires collaboration across diverse teams and an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and natural authority, capable of building relationships and getting stakeholders on board. Their structured and well-organized approach ensures they can manage complex projects effectively, while their solid analytical competencies enable data-driven decision-making.
Lastly, you must be an empathetic team player who combines interpersonal skills with an engaging and communicative style.

Job Location
