You are familiar with regulatory pathways, documentation requirements, and contractual processes, enabling smooth and compliant negotiations.

Your strong analytical skills allow you to turn data into clear insights that support opportunity evaluations and strategic decisions. Experience working internationally has strengthened your cultural adaptability and ability to build strong cross‑market partnerships.

Personally, you are collaborative, proactive, and driven by a strong can‑do attitude. With excellent networking abilities and an approachable, confident manner, you build meaningful industry relationships. You challenge the status quo when needed and act as a positive driver of change.

Who are we?

This role sits within the OTC Business Development team, a dedicated group working with OTC opportunities. Here, you’ll collaborate with motivated colleagues who are passionate about spotting market potential, building strong partnerships, and shaping Orifarm’s future OTC pipeline.

Our Consumer Healthcare department works across the full value chain of OTC products, vitamins, and food supplements. For OTC, we collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners across the company — including Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial — ensuring smooth and compliant progression from idea to market. For vitamins and food supplements, we operate an integrated value chain within the department, enabling a fast and agile approach to product development, execution, and commercialization.

The department brings together strong scientific, commercial, and strategic expertise to drive the growth of Orifarm’s Consumer Healthcare portfolio. The culture is shaped by openness, trust, and genuine collaboration. Colleagues share knowledge freely, support one another, and approach challenges with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
