We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Key Account Manager with strong negotiation skills and a structured approach to building profitable, long-term customer partnerships within the pharmacy market.
About the job
As Key Account Manager CHC at Orifarm, you will be responsible for developing profitable sales and category growth with key pharmacy chains, both in physical stores and online. You will work strategically and operationally with customers to strengthen Orifarm’s position within Consumer Healthcare and OTC categories. The brands you'll be working with are well known such as Nycoplus, Dekadin-Duo, Noskapin, Solvipect, and Zymelin
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing customer plans to increase sales, profit, distribution, and visibility across offline and online channels.
- Planning and conducting negotiations with pharmacy chains and following up on agreements.
- Creating joint business plans and expanding partnerships across relevant OTC/CHC segments in line with Orifarm’s strategic focus areas.
- Identifying category growth opportunities through analysis and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring market, customer, and competitor developments and acting on relevant insights
You will become part of the Sales Norway team within Orifarm Consumer Healthcare.
Who are you?
You hold a higher education degree, preferably within economics, business administration, or management, and you bring at least 3 years of experience from a similar Key Account or Sales role. Experience from pharmaceuticals, OTC, or food supplements is a strong advantage.
You bring:
- A strong negotiator with a structured and analytical approach.
- Skilled at building long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
- Commercially minded with a clear focus on profitability and ROI.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, professional services, and other internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
- Experience from the pharmacy market is preferred.
- Proven experience in negotiating with pharmacy chains and working closely with chain organizations
- Experience from project management, preferably at an advanced level, with a clear track record of delivering results.
