We seek a passionate and well-versed Commercial Manager to support Specialty RX Norway's day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for the Specialty RX portfolio, including generic and Rx products, while ensuring profitable growth by launching new products and optimizing the profitability of the current range of Gx and Promo Rx.

 

In this position, you will ensure great stakeholder engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. 

 

Our portfolio consists of more than 60 substances within several therapy areas, branded and unbranded products, and you will be involved in the handling, responsibility, and decision-making process.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

•    Portfolio Management – forecasting, follow-up, and maximizing opportunities of the portfolio.
•    Pipeline Development – launch new products in collaboration with Business Development. 
•    Promotional & Marketing activities – for branded portfolio exploit sales & marketing opportunities.
•    Follow up and involvement in various projects and tasks

 

You will join the Specialty RX, UL, and PI  team in Norway, reporting to Department Manager Thea Henie Tinderholt. You will work from our Office in central Oslo, with the possibility of working from home a few days per week. You will also interact extensively with the head office in Denmark.

 

Who are you? 
We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a suitable field. More importantly, we search for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the pharma industry, such as experience marketing branded products, work in the generic industry or general portfolio management. 

 

As a professional, you possess a commercial mindset and a proactive attitude toward completing internal and external tasks.  

 

You are structured, energetic, result-oriented, and independent. 


This position is highly customer-focused, so you must be comfortable establishing rapport and good long-term relationships with different people and have exceptional communicative skills in both Norwegian and English.

Job Location
The position is located at our office in Oslo. You will have the opportunity to work partially from home, approximately 2 days per week.
