We are looking for a proactive and quality-driven Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing supply chain processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

 

About the job

As our new Operations Manager, you will oversee the full supply chain for parallel-imported pharmaceutical products. You will be the key link between our customers and our internal teams. You will be responsible for managing the receipt of customer orders, responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring that every order is processed with meticulous attention to detail.

 

Additional key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Managing sourcing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, repackaging, and labelling in line with GDP/GMP standards.
  • Coordinating with suppliers, regulatory, QA, sales, and finance teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant product delivery.
  • Optimizing operational processes, monitoring KPIs, mitigating risks, and implementing contingency plans.
  • Leading and developing operations staff while fostering a culture of quality, efficiency, and compliance.

 

Who are you?

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in operations or supply chain management and who is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in B2B accounting management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in retail or hospital.

 

Additionally, you bring:

  • A problem-solving attitude and the ability to remain positive and resilient, even when faced with challenges
  • Experience with GDP/GMP standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent coordination and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • It’s an advantage to understand English, however, you don’t have to be fluent in speaking it.
