About the job 

As Vice President of Corporate Quality Management, your primary objective will be to develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management system at Orifarm. This role requires you to ensure our products and processes meet Orifarm's strategic goals and customer expectations, maintain compliance with both internal and external standards, and foster transparency regarding product quality. You will also be responsible for continuously enhancing our processes to support these objectives.

 

In addition, your responsibilities will include:

  • Quality Management: Developing and implementing a robust quality system that aligns with business strategy and compliance requirements.
  • Audit Management: Managing internal and external audit programs to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • GxP Training: Creating and implementing effective training programs to ensure and maintain proper GxP, quality management, quality systems and continuous improvements knowledge.
  • QA Process Support: Providing guidance in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance quality initiatives and improve processes.
  • QA Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team, setting strategic objectives, and fostering a culture of quality excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Staying current of evolving regulations and industry trends, and collaborate with RA to ensure compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process enhancement and implementing best practices to elevate quality performance.

 

In this role, you will also take an active part in implementing initiatives supporting the four (3, 8, 12 and 13) Sustainable Development Goals in UN Global Compact that Orifarm aligns with.  Furthermore, you will lead through direct managers and employees, promoting high engagement, open communication, and commitment to Orifarm’s core values.

 

Who are you?

We expect you to have a relevant master's degree, over 10 years of experience, and a solid background in pharmaceutical quality assurance and management in a GMP environment. Furthermore, your track record demonstrates that you are successful in developing and implementing effective Quality & Compliance strategies, with experience in fast turnaround situations.

 

In addition, you should have:

  • A deep understanding of the European pharmaceutical market, along with strong insight and judgment when evaluating complex or uncertain options, including assessing the associated risks.
  • High level of insight in health economical mechanisms, substitution, reimbursement and public stakeholder insight.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Strong leadership qualities and 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven commercial acumen and a genuine interest in cross-organizational collaboration.

Who are we?

As Vice President of Quality Management, you will be part of the Compliance Leadership team, working with colleagues in Quality Operations, Product Quality, Product Safety, and Regulatory Affairs. You will be managing our Audit, QMS and process support teams where you will have a group of highly engaged leaders to support you in leading an organization of approximately 25 people.

Job Location

The job is located in Odense, close to the highway convenient for commuters. During your first year, you will be expected to work at the office a minimum of three days a week. However, we offer the flexibility to work from home for 1-2 days a week.
