Veeva Vault Quality System Administrator

– Orifarm’s IT department in Odense or Søborg is currently looking for an administrator for Veeva Vault Quality.

We are looking for an administrator who is passionate about working with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and who aims to administer and develop the most optimal and future-proof solution for Orifarm.

The person we are looking for has a comprehensive understanding of the Veeva Vault platform, particularly Quality, or at least, QMS experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

Orifarm has recently gone live with Veeva Vault Quality, and this role involves taking the lead in developing the platform to support and enhance Orifarm’s business processes.

About the job

As a Veeva Vault Quality specialist at Orifarm, you will join the IT department’s existing Veeva team, where your primary responsibility will be the daily IT management of Veeva Vault Quality with over 2500 users.

Your primary tasks will include:

• Overall system responsibility and operation of Orifarm’s Veeva Vault Quality suite.
  • Managing releases
  • Implementing configuration changes
  • Handling 2nd level support
  • Ensuring up-to-date system documentation
• Process optimization and training within the capabilities provided by Veeva Vault Quality.
• Defining and managing the distribution of roles (Access Control Process), as well as providing 2nd level support to users who are business administrators.

Who are you? 

We imagine that you have relevant professional experience within Quality, preferably within Veeva Vault, as well as experience in handling 2nd level support on solutions. Additionally, you must be able to handle being the primary contact for Veeva Vault Quality-support. Therefore, it is important that you thrive in having dialogues with internal colleagues and external consultants, as well as being capable of challenging the business within the area through your knowledge of the combination of QMS and IT.

As a person, you are structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to consider the entire business context.

Furthermore, we imagine that you have:

• Good communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong technical foundation within QMS
• Experience with GxP validations from an IT perspective.
• Knowledge of the configuration options available in QMS and Veeva Vault in general.

We are a small department situated under Corporate IT, which is a larger organization within Orifarm, consisting of approximately 90 skilled employees, where the majority of whom are based at the headquarters in Odense.

You will join the existing Veeva Team, a dedicated and motivated team currently consisting of 2 colleagues, where we foster an informal atmosphere that encourages individuality.

Within the team, you will work independently on various tasks within Vault Quality, however, there will be opportunities for collaboration and support from your colleagues. We have a close collaboration with our colleagues in Corporate IT as well as stakeholders across the organization.

Job Location

The position is located at Orifarm’s office in Odense or Søborg, with the possibility of working remotely approximately 2-3 days per week.
