Are you well versed in Veeva Vault, and are you motivated to create the most optimal and future-proof solution for the business you are working for? Then, here is an excellent opportunity for you to become responsible for developing our Veeva Vault platform.

About the job
As our new Veeva Vault RIM Specialist, you will administer, configure, and continuously improve the Veeva Vault platform to support our business needs. You will also play a crucial role in developing the platform to support and enhance Orifarm's business processes.

You will also be responsible for document management, regulatory compliance, and ensuring our Veeva systems run smoothly to support teams across Regulatory Affairs, Quality & Compliance, Safety and of course IT.

We already have colleagues for you in the IT department's existing Veeva team. Together with you, they are responsible for the daily maintenance of various Veeva Vaults.

Additional key responsibilities and tasks:

  • Overall system responsibility and operation of Veeva Vault RIM, incl. managing releases, implementing changes, delivering 2nd-level support, and ensuring up-to-date system documentation
  • Process optimization and training within the capabilities provided by Veeva Vault RIM
  • Train team members on Veeva Vault functionalities, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Defining and managing role assignments (Access Control Process)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards

You will become a part of the Veeva team in the IT department, where we are currently two dedicated colleagues working together. In this position, you will report to Tim Hove, the department manager of business solutions.

Who are you?
We imagine you have relevant professional experience within regulatory affairs, ideally with proficiency in Veeva Vault and experience handling second-level support for various solutions. In this role, you will be the primary contact for Veeva Vault RIM support, meaning you must be comfortable engaging in dialogues with internal colleagues and external consultants.

Your regulatory affairs and IT knowledge should equip you to provide valuable insights and effectively challenge and support the business.

We also envision that you have strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken, as well as experience with GxP validation from an IT perspective. Alongside these professional competencies, you are structured and detail-oriented and can consider the entire business context.

Who are we?
You will join the Veeva team, a small team currently comprising two people under Corporate IT. Corporate IT is a larger function in Orifarm, consisting of approximately 90 skilled employees, most of which are based in Odense.

Within the team, you will work independently on various tasks within Vault RIM. However, there will be opportunities for collaboration and support from your colleagues. We collaborate closely with our colleagues in Corporate IT and stakeholders across the organization.
