We are looking for an experienced quality leader with strong pharmaceutical expertise, a strategic mindset, and proven success in building high-performing teams. As our new Vice President, Corporate Quality Management, you will set the direction for Orifarm’s global quality agenda and ensure compliance while driving continuous improvements across the organization.

 

About the job

As Vice President, Corporate Quality Management, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Orifarm’s Quality Management System and ensuring alignment with our corporate strategy, customer expectations, and compliance standards. You will play a key role in strengthening our quality culture, building organizational capabilities, and leading a team dedicated to excellence.

 

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Set the strategic direction for Orifarm’s corporate quality systems and validated IT systems (GMP/GDP).
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
  • Lead and develop the quality management organization, ensuring engagement and strong performance.
  • Build and manage internal and external audit programs and ensure timely execution of follow-up actions.
  • Drive GxP knowledge and training across the organization.
  • Collaborate with regulatory authorities, auditors, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and quality excellence.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in quality systems and processes.

 

You will be part of the CCCO Management Group.

 

Who are you? 

You are a strong leader with a solid track record in pharmaceutical quality assurance and management in a GMP environment. You bring a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and at least 5 years of leadership experience in building and developing teams. You thrive in a global setting, are comfortable making complex decisions, and have the ability to translate strategy into action.

 

We expect you to have:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing Quality & Compliance strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of European pharma markets and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with fluency in Danish and English.
  • Experience with business process management is an advantage.
