Orifarm is dedicated to delivering affordable, high-quality, healthcare and pharma products and a result of this, the CMO Operations team is expanding. As part of the company’s success, we are looking for a driven Supply Operations Manager to join a skilled and diverse team within CMO Operations.
About the job
It’s an exciting time to join Orifarm’s ambitious growth journey and be part of the new Supply Relation Teams where team members across the organization work together to support CMO Operations. The Supply Operations Manager will be a key member in a cross-functional supplier relationship team with the scope of supplier performance. The Supply Operations Manager will be crucial for day-to-day interactions with internal key stakeholders focusing on purchase order management, demand and capacity aligned with Supply Chain to reduce down-stream supply chain risks.
The key responsibilities in the role will be:
- Leading S&OP meetings with a dedicated group of suppliers in scope
- Key member of internal cross functional teams and provide relevant information about supplier performance and potential opportunities & risks
- Integrating new suppliers and agreements to ensure a smooth transition into commercial routine supply
- Effectively involve, communicate, manage expectations and resolve conflicts with the relevant individuals or teams to build strong, collaborative relationships across functions
- Oversee and follow up on purchase orders, volume forecasts and supplier deliveries aligned with terms of conditions in the contract
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations which include a variety of operational tasks, such as shipping documents, invoicing and change controls
Who are you?
In this role, you will have a number of key stakeholders, and therefore, we expect a high level of the ability to drive results with integrity and through difficult obstacles.
Among the key characteristics of a successful candidate, we expect:
- Business degree supported by 5-10 years of relevant business experience, preferably in Supply Chain from a highly regulated industry (Food/GMP)
- Demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong connections with external stakeholders, such as suppliers or customers
- Excellent English skills written and verbally
- Taking ownership of tasks, results, and responsibilities to drive team success

Job Location
The position will be located in Orifarm headquarters in Odense, DK, where the SRTs are located. We offer flexibility to work partially from home depending on the tasks.
