Student Assistant Technical Operations

We are looking for a curious and business-oriented student who wants hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As our new student assistant in Technical Operations, you bring structure, curiosity, and a strong drive to support a team in rapid development

 

About the job

As our new student assistant, you will work approximately 10–12 hours per week (typically 2–3 days per week), in periods maybe more hours up to 15 hours per week. We offer flexibility to accommodate your studies, especially during exam periods. Your primary workplace will be at our Headquarter office in Odense, where you will collaborate closely with dedicated full-time colleagues.

You will support the daily operations of the Technical Operations (handling own productions sites) through a variety of tasks.

 

Your key tasks will include:

  • Supporting monthly forecast
  • Assisting in new product launches
  • Supporting monthly Supply Chain reporting (Excel & Power BI)
  • Invoice handling
  • Price updates
  • Updating master data in ERP system (Axapta)
  • Assisting the team in preparing presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Daily operational tasks

 

Who are you?

We expect you to be enrolled in a degree program within business administration or a similar field, with preferably 2–3 years remaining in your studies.

 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong sense of structure and consistently delivers high-quality work on time
  • Has digital acumen and is good at working in different IT systems
  • Is detail-oriented and works carefully, systematic, and structured
  • Is preferable confident using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Generally is comfortable with IT tools
  • Approaches new challenges with curiosity and thrives just as well when handling routine tasks
  • Contributes to a positive team spirit and is open and responsible
  • Communicates clearly and fluently in both Danish and English, both written and spoken

In Orifarm’s Technical Operations in Odense, we work with pharmaceuticals from our own production sites in Hobro and Poland.  You will join a dedicated team of 6 cross functional colleagues, who collaborate closely across functions and share a strong commitment to delivering results in a fast-moving environment.
