Are you currently studying business, supply chain, or a related field—and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international work environment? Our Contract Manufacturing Operations (CMO) department is looking for a structured and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support our Supplier Relationship Teams.

 

About the job 

As a Student Assistant you will become an integral part of our CMO Operations department, where you will support our four Supplier Relationship Teams in a cross-functional capacity. Each team manages a cluster of external suppliers and your role will be essential in ensuring smooth coordination and continuous product supply through collaboration with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Sharing forecast and purchase orders with our global suppliers
  • Processing Purchase Orders and coordination
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding order status and updates
  • Supporting various operational activities across the SRT teams

We are looking for someone who is able to work approximately 15 hours a week. However, we offer flexibility around exam periods.

 

Who are you? 

We imagine that you are currently enrolled in higher education within business, purchasing, supply chain or similar.

 

The ideal candidate is:

  • Highly organized and detail-focused
  • Possess good analytical skills
  • Comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders – both internally and externally
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken); Danish is a plus
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel

 

Who are we? 

Our CMO Operations department consists of 13 employees divided into 4 teams with the main objective to ensure continuous and reliable product supply from our external suppliers within the two business areas: prescription medicine (Specialty) and OTC & Food Supplements.

 

You will work independently on various tasks after thorough training. Support and guidance are always available when needed, and you will be part of an ambitious and dynamic department where everyone is treated equally.
