Student Assistant - CIO Office and Transformation Office

Category:  IT
Country/Region:  DK
Location:

Odense S, DK, 5260

We are looking for a structured and proactive student assistant to support the CIO Office and the Transformation Office at our headquarters in Odense (15-20 hours per week)

About the job

As our new student assistant, you will support various tasks across the CIO Office and the Transformation Office. You will help ensure that administration, planning, and communication run smoothly during a period of high activity within IT and our transformation agenda – while gaining hands-on experience in a corporate IT and transformation environment.

Your most essential tasks will be to:

  • Assist with meeting planning and scheduling, including preparation of agendas and meeting materials, as well as follow-up on actions
  • Support internal communication activities, including drafting communication materials, presentations, and intranet content
  • Maintain and update project and portfolio documentation, trackers, and status overviews for the Transformation Office
  • Maintain shared document structures in SharePoint and OneDrive, ensuring version control, naming conventions, and accessibility for the team
  • Help organize workshops, leadership meetings, town halls, and other department events, including onboarding activities

You will report to Caroline Gaba, Executive Assistant to the CIO, and become part of the CIO Office, working closely with colleagues across IT and the Transformation Office.

Who are you?

You are currently well on your way with a bachelor's or master's degree within business administration, communication, IT, or a related field, and preferably have at least 1.5–2 years left of your studies. You work in a structured way, are attentive towards details, and take ownership of your tasks – also when several things are happening at once.

You are a confident user of Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive), and you communicate clearly in English, both in writing and speaking. Experience with coordination, communication, or project support is an advantage but not a requirement.

Who are we?

You will join the CIO Office, which is our team supporting Orifarm's IT organization and transformation agenda, where no two days are the same. We work closely with colleagues across the entire organization - from IT specialists to senior leadership. The tone is informal, the ambitions are high, and we help each other succeed.

You will join 70 other talented student assistants from diverse educational backgrounds as part of our Student Network Orifarm (SNO). SNO organizes social and professional events, allowing you to expand your network and connect with other students across functions.

Why should you work for Orifarm?

At Orifarm, we are united by a shared purpose: improving access to affordable medicine for the people who need it. Founded in Odense in 1994 by Birgitte & Hans Bøgh-Sørensen, we have built our business on challenging conventional thinking to make affordable high-quality pharmaceuticals more accessible across Europe. Rather than developing new medicines, we focus on finding smarter ways to bring existing treatments to patients, creating value for pharmacies, healthcare systems, and society.

We live by the mindset Challenge Accepted. It reflects our explorer spirit and can-do attitude, where challenges are perceived as opportunities. We encourage people to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and take ownership. Across teams, functions, and markets, you will find a collaborative and supportive culture built on trust, respect, and a flat hierarchy where everyone has a voice and direct access to decision-makers.

When you join Orifarm, you will be empowered to make a real impact from day one. We offer autonomy and great opportunities for career advancement, giving you a valuable start to your career. As our student assistant, you may have the opportunity to complete an internship or collaborate with us on your bachelor’s or master’s thesis. We value flexibility and provide a hybrid work model with the possibility of working from home two days a week.

We invite you to join Orifarm, if you are curious, ambitious, and accept the challenge of bringing better deals of medicine to millions.

We encourage everyone to apply

At Orifarm, we welcome people from all backgrounds, recognizing that the best outcomes come from a diverse and inclusive work environment. Our commitment is to create an environment where different perspectives and skills drive innovation and contribute to a sustainable future. By creating such an environment, we are confident that we can achieve better results together.
