Student Assistant - AI Enablement

About the job 

As a Student Assistant in the AI Office, you will play a key role in supporting the business in using AI and low-code solutions. You will work hands-on with tools such as Microsoft Copilot and the Power Platform while acting as a sparring partner to turn ideas into practical solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support business teams in identifying and developing use cases using tools like Copilot, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Support colleagues in designing and building agents, workflows, apps, and AI-enabled solutions, as well as maintaining governance and general housekeeping in technical environments
• Facilitate enablement activities such as workshops, training sessions, and hands-on support
• Drive smaller projects independently from idea to implementation, with guidance from the AI Office
• Continuously explore and experiment with new AI and Power Platform capabilities

You will report to the AI Enablement Lead and become part of the AI Office. 

Who are you?

You are a student with a strong interest in AI, business and you enjoy turning ideas into practical solutions. In other words, you thrive at the intersection of technology and business. You are curious by nature, take initiative, and are both comfortable working independently as well as collaborating closely with others.

You are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have at least two years remaining in your studies. Preferably, you have some hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), or similar tools, and a good understanding of how technology can support businesses. Additionally, you have a strong business acumen and can see how technology creates value in a business context.

You are structured, proactive, and able to drive tasks and smaller projects forward independently. At the same time, you are open to feedback and enjoy sparring with your team to improve your solutions, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills in English are required, and you are comfortable working in an international environment.

Søborg or Odense. If you are based in Copenhagen, you are also open to going to our headquarters in Odense on a biweekly basis together with the team.
