Student Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Student Assistant to support our S&OP & Analytics team at Orifarm. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with data, reporting and business processes in an international pharma company.

As a Student Assistant in S&OP & Analytics, you will support our monthly S&OP cycle, reporting landscape and ad-hoc analyses. You will work closely with specialists in the team and help ensure high data quality, transparency, and timely insights for the business, ideally you will start June 2026.

The role is part-time (typically 2–3 days per week) and designed to fit alongside your studies.

Your key tasks will include:

• Supporting S&OP and Supply Chain reporting (Excel & Power BI)
• Maintaining and updating existing Excel-based reports (e.g. inventory status, inventory forecast, service and inventory views)
• Assisting with data preparation, validation, and consolidation across sources
• Supporting development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards
• Documenting reports, data sources, and recurring processes
• Contributing to ad-hoc analyses and local improvement projects within S&OP & Analytics

Within the S&OP team you will report to the Senior Demand Planning Specialist.

Who are you?

You enjoy working with data and thrive in a structured environment with recurring tasks. You are curious, responsible, and motivated by turning data into clear and useful insights.

We imagine that you:

• Are studying Supply Chain Operations, Management or Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Business, Economics or similar
• Have strong skills in Excel (e.g. formulas, XLOOKUP, structured data sets)
• Are comfortable working with large data sets and detail-oriented
• Have an analytical mindset and a pragmatic, can-do attitude
• Communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with others

It is a plus (but not a requirement) if you:

• Have experience with Power BI or Power Query
• Understand S&OP or supply chain processes
• Have experience working with ERP data (e.g. AX / Dynamics)

The team plays a key role in balancing Supply & Demand, driving transparency and developing data insights for the Orifarm business.
