About the job
You will join a small but dynamic team working closely with the business at all levels to deliver authentic and engaging internal and external communication.
You will get the chance to work with a broad set of assignments in close collaboration with the team. Your responsibilities include:
- Creating and publishing engaging content for internal use, such as articles, videos, and PowerPoint slides.
- Supporting our employer and corporate branding by creating engaging content for social media such as posts, graphics and videos.
- Ongoing maintenance of the intranet, company presentation, photo library, and corporate website.
- Assisting in day-to-day, ad hoc communication tasks…there’s always a new task coming in!
Who are you?
You are currently studying communication, journalism or a related field at university, preferably either finishing your bachelor’s degree or starting your master’s. What we are looking for:
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to produce video and visual content.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English and Danish.
- Digitally minded, and comfortable with programs such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, video editing, Canva, CMS etc.
- Service-minded, structured and creative.
- Proactive and outgoing – you spot opportunities and are always ready to take the lead.
- Eager to learn, able to work independently and take on responsibility of your tasks.
Who are we?
You will be part of a small communication team within People & Culture consisting of our Director of Communications, one Communications Consultant, and you. We work hard together, and value close cooperation and an informal tone. The communications team is located in Odense.

Working hours
Starting date is early January, 2026. On average, you are expected to work 15 hours per week. Working time will be adapted to fit your studies and exams.
Job location
The position is located at our headquarters in Odense, just 5 km from SDU.
