About the job

We are looking for a Strategy Execution Lead to plan and drive the execution of Orifarm’s strategy across the Business Development & Portfolio Strategy area. In this role, you will also work cross-functionally across Orifarm to ensure frictionless workstreams and PMO operations. You will govern the program and ensure that change is successfully adopted across the organization.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Owning the strategy execution program roadmap for the Business Development & Portfolio Strategy area and ensuring alignment with the overall strategy
• Driving cross-functional coordination across all impacted functions with timely resolution of blockers
• Translating strategic priorities into program briefs, project charters, milestones and benefit maps
• Driving delivery across workstreams in close partnership with functional owners and track leads
• Maintaining an overview view of progress, risks, blockers and benefit realization across all workstreams
• Ensuring appropriate documentation standards and governance compliance
• Identifying program impacts and working with functional leads to design appropriate adoption measures
• Developing the communication plan to keep the organization informed and engaged

Who are you?

You have significant experience managing projects or transformations, as well as strong knowledge of program management methodologies and tools. You have a proven track record of leading, developing and managing the performance of a small team or direct reports. Your excellent stakeholder management and communication skills enable you to build relationships and drive alignment across the organization.

With a master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Commercial Strategy or a related field, you bring a strong analytical and structured way of thinking. You are also comfortable working across functions, markets and cultures.

Who are we?

The Business Development & Portfolio Management area covers Portfolio Strategy, Business Development, Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance. You will be reporting directly to our Chief Business Development & Portfolio Strategy Officer and partner closely with Strategy and other corporate functions.
