About the job 

To help lead our Corporate Strategic Projects, we are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager.

You will be responsible for one or several projects running in parallel, in which you organize the full project team, manage and allocate resources, project time plans, risk assessments, and project budgets. You build strong and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure coordination, follow-up, and progress. By doing so, you ensure successful project deliverables in full compliance with our customer’s expectations and project targets.

Who are you? 

You should come with Preferably 8+ years of experience and demonstrated skills in handling and managing complex projects.

You have a relevant educational background within business or IT where you have learned the essential Project Management skills – most importantly you have the right commercial attitude, experience in workshop facilitation, Project Benefit realization and preferably some years of experience working with IT-heavy projects. It is not a prerequisite that you have worked within a Pharma Trade or a Pharmaceutical company before, but it can be an advantage for you to get a faster onboarding.

You will be working in close cooperation with colleagues across departments and from the various countries, we operate in, why good communication skills and an understanding of cultural differences are important, just as stakeholder management and networking skills are essential.

Bring a passion for change; you will contribute to our ongoing improvement in Project maturity.  In addition, it is also essential that you are ready to adapt to changes – we work a lot with busy schedules and on an operational scale with constant full speed and ambitious plans.

• The team consists of six colleagues with various backgrounds, and you will be a part of our CFO-area, in which Finance, Indirect Procurement, M&A, Legal among others, are placed.
• The culture and tone in the department are open – we laugh a lot and take care of each other. All team members are placed at our HQ in Odense, but we also have a location in Søborg – it is a prerequisite that you will be at our HQ min.. two days a week.

  • Close-Down of an internal GMP factory facility
