At Orifarm, we are strengthening our master data management across key data domains and are looking for a Senior Master Data Management Specialist to help shape and establish a scalable, well-governed MDM setup.

 

About the Job & key responsibilities

In this role, you will drive the establishment of Orifarm’s MDM practice and contribute to shaping the underlying MDM data model, that ensures master data is structured, governed, and maintained to support efficient business processes, reliable reporting, regulatory compliance, and high-quality decision-making across the organization.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive and support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of master data standards, Data governance, and ways of working across data domains
  • Ensure high master data quality through defined controls, validation rules, monitoring, issue management, and continuous improvement
  • Act as a subject matter expert within master data management, supporting the business with data definitions, structures, hierarchies, and lifecycle processes
  • Collaborate closely with data owners, business stakeholders, process owners, and IT to align on master data requirements, ownership, and governance
  • Help ensure that master data is consistently managed across systems, integrations, and business processes
  • Train, guide, and support stakeholders in master data best practices and help establish data stewardship capabilities across Orifarm

 

Who Are You?

You have 5+ years of experience working with master data management and a strong understanding of how to establish reliable, scalable, and well-governed master data across systems, processes, and business functions.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of master data concepts, structures, hierarchies, standards, and lifecycle processes across data domains
  • Experience with data cleansing, standardization, enrichment, validation, and data migration
  • Experience defining and improving data governance frameworks, controls, and scalable ways of working
  • Experience working across business functions and IT to align requirements, processes, ownership, and systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a structured and proactive approach
