Senior IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead strategic and complex initiatives that support our digital transformation. You will be a part of Orifarm’s Transformation Office in Corporate IT, an ambitious, high impact team, working to enable long-term value.

About the job 

As Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful end‑to‑end delivery of major IT projects and programs, and helping our corporate strategic projects succeed.

Your responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

• Own end-to-end execution and delivery of assigned IT projects or major workstreams
• Define business cases, project plans, milestones, scope, resource allocation, etc.
• Manage cross-functional teams including SMEs, architects, engineers, business partners and external vendors
• Lead day-to-day project execution, drive progress, remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies and track and report project performance
• Prepare and drive decision-making through clear recommendations and structured reporting
• Act as a senior stakeholder partner, ensuring strong alignment between business, IT and transformation objectives

Who are you? 

To succeed in this role, you bring a strong IT project management tool kit combined with a strategic mindset and the ability to turn complex information into clear business impact. You are skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels, creating clarity, and driving informed decision-making that ensures successful delivery and long-term benefit realization.

Additionally, we expect

• At least 5 years of experience delivering complex IT or digital transformation projects
• Proven skills in organizational change management
• Strong communication and facilitation skills – ability to engage, influence, and challenge at all organizational levels
• Ability to drive structured execution and transparent reporting
• High degree of ownership, accountability, and decision‑making confidence
• Skilled in risk management, dependency handling, and data‑driven problem‑solving
• Experience with regulated environments and/or GxP is an advantage

You will join Orifarm’s Transformation Office in Corporate IT, a small, high-performing team consisting of an IT Portfolio Manager, IT Vendor Manager, and IT Project Managers. The Transformation Office bridges Orifarm’s strategic direction with measurable outcomes and continuously raises the maturity of IT governance, delivery, and vendor management.
