We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner who can act as a strategic sparring partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders across the commercial area

 

About the job

The role is central in linking business strategy, financial performance, and execution, and in practice functions as a mini‑CFO for the area.

 

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you are responsible for driving financial transparency and performance management across the commercial area. You act as the lead finance sparring partner on strategic initiatives and major projects and contribute actively to strategy processes, business cases, scenario analyses, and decision materials.

 

Key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to value creation and high‑quality decision‑making
  • Translate complex financial and commercial data into clear insights, scenarios, and recommendations
  • Providing a strong focus on transparency, accountability, and prioritization of the 3–5 most critical strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with FP&A and the wider CFO area on forecast dialogues, performance narratives, and financial governance
  • Support commercial leaders with analyses related to profitability, portfolio, pricing, and value creation
  • Provide financial decision support for structural and business‑critical initiatives
  • Ensure consistent application of group financial principles and the Chart of Authority

 

In this position, you will report to VP of Business Finance & Indirect Procurement, Mads Tocado-Dybbro, and you will be part of the Finance Business Partnering team.

 

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced senior finance professional with strong commercial understanding and solid experience in strategic finance business partnering. You have worked close to the business in roles such as Senior Finance Business Partner, commercial finance, management consulting, or similar, ideally in an international organisation with high complexity.

 

Commercial experience is considered a strong advantage. You work proactively and with clear focus on value creation, are comfortable challenging and supporting senior stakeholders, and are able to transform data into clear messages that drive action. You combine strong analytical skills with sound commercial judgement and are able to balance strategic perspective with disciplined execution.

 

As Orifarm is an international company, you must be professionally proficient in English and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

You will join the Finance Business Partnering team within Business Finance & Indirect Procurement and work closely with FP&A and the wider CFO area.
