Senior FP&A Analyst

We are looking for a skilled finance professional to strengthen Orifarm’s capabilities in financial planning, data analysis, and financial modelling. This role is critical in driving corporate financial planning processes and championing digitalization and best practices to optimize and scale financial operations

About the job

As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will take the lead in facilitating and enhancing Orifarm’s financial planning processes, ensuring they are both scalable and efficient. You will design and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic planning. 

Acting as a catalyst for change, you will drive digitalization by leveraging modern tools and AI to automate and optimize FP&A activities. Through analysis, you will provide clear, actionable recommendations that empower decision-making across all levels of the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and improve financial planning processes across Orifarm
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic planning
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities, leveraging digital tools and AI
• Champion digitalization and best practices within FP&A
• Deliver actionable business insights through robust analysis and reporting
• Engage and influence stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment and shared ownership of financial outcomes

You will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and be part of a dynamic team of finance professionals.

Who are you? 

We expect you to have:

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Corporate Finance
• Experience with driving process improvements and scaling financial operations, preferably with exposure to digitalization and AI-driven solutions
• Experience with defining, implementing and driving financial performance management processes
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence stakeholders across the organization
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations
• Collaborative, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Danish

Job Location

The position is located in Odense with the possibility of working from home two days a week.
