We are seeking a Senior Compliance Project Manager with deep expertise in quality, pharmacovigilance, or regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry. You are an experienced project manager who thrives on leading complex projects and inspires high performance in cross-functional teams. The Senior Compliance Project Manager is a temporary role, for the full year of 2026.

About the job

As Senior Compliance Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead high-complexity compliance projects from allocation to delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, charter, and business case.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, manage resources, schedules, budgets, and risks to ensure successful, on-time delivery.
  • Drive project maturity across Compliance by establishing best practices, templates, and tools.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, including SteerCo and sponsors.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

You will report to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Corporate Compliance Officer and work closely with colleagues across Compliance, IT, Supply Chain, and Corporate Projects.

Who are you?

You bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the quality domain.
  • Deep understanding of quality, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory affairs in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Project Management Certification (PRINCE2, SCRUM, etc.).
  • Proven success in providing on-site leadership for project teams, building and motivating members to meet project goals and milestones.
  • Demonstrable experience leading larger projects and project teams.
  • Professional stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally (authorities, consultants, vendors).
  • Strong indirect leadership capabilities, including coaching and delivering feedback.
  • LEAN/process improvement experience.
  • Excellent planning and communication skills.
  • Extensive experience managing steering committees and internal stakeholders.
  • A ‘We are One Team’ mindset and a passion for knowledge sharing.
  • Fluency in English (Danish is a plus).

Job Location

The position is based in either Odense or Søborg, with a hybrid work model with the opportunity to work from home two days a week.
