We are looking for a strategic and commercially sharp Senior Category Manager to lead and develop our pain category at Orifarm. With deep market insights and a strong focus on innovation, you’ll manage a broad portfolio that includes brands like Pamol and Ibumetin.
About the job
As our new Senior Category Manager in the Sales & Marketing team, you will play a central role in driving the category strategy and ensuring long-term growth. You’ll collaborate across teams and markets, making a strong impact through your commercial understanding and data-driven mindset.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Leading the strategic development of the pain category and defining long-term roadmaps
- Managing and optimizing a multi-brand portfolio including product development and lifecycle planning
- Driving growth initiatives and campaign strategies in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Conducting market and consumer insight analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Representing the category in global meetings and contributing to cross-market strategies
You will report to Line Bentsen Zacho, Manager in Sales & Marketing, and work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Global stakeholders.
Who are you?
You are an experienced category or brand manager with a commercial mindset and a structured approach to strategic planning.
We expect you to have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or international business
- At least 5 years of relevant experience within marketing or category management
- A high sense of urgency, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal
- High proficiency in using data and digital tools to drive business decisions
Your ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams is key to succeeding in this role.
