Join our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team at Orifarm as a Specialist for Local Reviews & Data Analysis and play a key role in shaping the operational direction in Orifarm. This position involves collaborating closely with various teams to support and elevate our S&OP processes, ensuring alignment and operational growth across multiple areas.
We are looking for an S&OP Specialist with a strategic supply chain mindset and strong analytical skills who values and understands the importance of stakeholder management. As an S&OP Specialist, you will prepare, facilitate, and drive several monthly reviews while engaging with our local sales markets and operational supply teams. Additionally, you will analyze, identify, implement, and streamline data improvement opportunities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across our Orifarm Strategic Business Areas.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Prepare, facilitate, and drive monthly S&OP reviews, ensuring structured dialogue, strong stakeholder involvement, and effective follow-up
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather relevant data, analyze trends, and present insights
- Develop and increase the level of content and interaction during local S&OP Reviews
- Support S&OP and local teams in understanding demand and supply priorities and translating them into actionable plans
- Utilize strong analytical skills to drive process improvements and strategic insights
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings to management
- Drive the implementation and maintenance of various Power BI reports and dashboards, focusing on optimizing workflows and ensuring trusted data-driven decision-making at all levels
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you should bring hands-on experience with S&OP processes, including the preparation and facilitation of cross-functional reviews. You are able to translate data and insights into actionable business impact and use your communication skills to support transparent and informed decision-making across functions.
We imagine that you have a solid understanding of supply chain management, S&OP, data analysis, and process optimization. Experience with demand planning is an advantage, but most importantly, you are analytically strong, structured, and motivated by improving processes and creating clear insights.
You have excellent stakeholder management, engagement, and communication skills. Furthermore, you have a degree in Supply Chain Operations, Management or Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Who are we?
You will be part of our S&OP team reporting to the Head of S&OP & Analytics. The team consists of 6 colleagues all based in Odense, Denmark. Our team plays a key role in balancing Supply & Demand by acting as trusted advisors and process optimization identifiers. The S&OP team is also responsible for front-end data development, maintenance, and transparency, assisting the Orifarm business in creating various data insights and analysis by implementing Power BI reports and dashboards, focusing on optimizing workflows and ensuring trusted data-driven decision-making at all levels.
