QP Delegate & Senior Quality Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a QP Delegate & Senior Quality Compliance Specialist who will take responsibility for product release and compliance with EU GMP requirements. In this key role, your expertise will secure patient safety, ensure regulatory approval, and drive continuous quality improvements across Orifarm’s portfolio.  

About the job

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that Orifarm’s generic medicines meet EU GMP requirements and are released in compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate across functions and with external partners to safeguard patient safety and product quality.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Releasing products in accordance with EU GMP requirements.
• Reviewing and approving deviations, changing controls, and validation documentation.
• Coordinating product recalls and maintaining contact with authorities.
• Participating in inspections and audits.
• Driving improvements in procedures (SOPs) and contributing to cross-functional projects.

You will report to the manager of the Product Quality Department.

Who are you?

You hold a master’s degree within pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field, and you bring at least 5 years of experience from Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or pharmaceutical production and full-fill the demands to a QP set by the Danish authority (https://laegemiddelstyrelsen.dk/da/godkendelse/virksomhedstilladelse-og-registrering/~/media/A524C592C7F64F41BF556D2F0664EC37.ashx).

• Has solid knowledge of EU GMP/GDP and global regulatory requirements.
• Possesses excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
