About the job

As Project Manager, you will become part of the Program Management Office (PMO) who is responsible for managing the pipeline of new pharma products from early product qualification to market launch.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building, maintaining and optimizing a project plan throughout the project life time
  • Monitor project progress and ensure tasks and deliverables are completed within deadline
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between internal stakeholders such as Business Development, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Sales
  • Challenge specialists within the core team in a constructive way to optimize the project progression and time-to-market
  • Ensure compliance with our Stage Gate model and drive the project through the established decision-making process
  • Create transparency through reporting and communicate on project status, risks and financials in all levels of the organization, including regular reporting and escalation to management
  • Contributing to the continued development and optimization of the processes and tools
  • Ad hoc support with data processing and analysis

 

You will report to the PMO Department Manager.

 

Who are you? 

We seek a candidate with a commercial mindset. Educational background could be a university degree within economics and business administration, eg. cand.merc or cand.negot. Alternatively you have a pharmaceutical background or other relevante experience fit for the job.

 

In addition, we envision that you bring the following:

  • An independent, structed and proactive personality with a “can-do” attitude
  • A team-oriented approach with a solid understanding of cross-functional dynamics and excellent communication skills in both speech and writing
  • A strong business-acumen and a dedication to successfully completing tasks
  • Great problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and simplify complexity
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial mindset with a good understanding of financial key figures and strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in Danish and English in both writing and speech
  • IT competences: Microsoft Office, incl. a solid experience with Excel that enables you to process data, and conduct both simple and more complex data analysis

We are a dedicated and motivated team consisting of five project managers and a department manager all working from the office in Odense. We practice an informal tone with room for new ideas and inputs. Challenges are met and solved through sparring, and it is natural to challenge each other.
