About the job 

As Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for pricing a wide range of products in the bi-weekly tender process as well as optimizing the flow of goods in close cooperation with internal departments. The  position has a strong coordinating role with Supply Chain to make sure that supply chain is optimized. You will also work closely with Business Development to ensure new product launches.  You will join the Danish sales team and the focus will be on optimizing the profitability of our sales portfolio in Denmark.

Your responsibility include:

• Maintaining and developing the Specialty Rx portfolio of Orifarm in Denmark.
• Conducting portfolio and performance analysis.
• Defining pricing strategies and ensuring a structured price submission flow of both hospital tenders and the bi-weekly price process.
• Giving input and prepare business cases of potential product launches.
• Launch preparation of both substitutable products including price analysis and non-substitutable launches including marketing and market access activities.
• Maintaining and optimizing sales forecast in close collaboration with the S&OP team.

Who are you? 

You hold a business, supply chain or life science degree and bring several years of relevant experience - perhaps as a product, portfolio, or pricing manager, purchaser, market analyst, management consultant, or similar. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.

We expect you to have advanced analytical and decision-making skills combined with a commercial mind-set. You have the ability to work in both strategic and operative ways, as well as excellent Excel capabilities and presentation skills to transfer analysis to clear proposals.

As a person you are a team player who thrives working with different departments and stakeholders. You are structured and enjoys managing complexity and executing on your own individual tasks in a role where you will have many irons in the fire.
