We are looking for a structured and motivated Market Access Specialist who understands the Nordic healthcare systems and is eager to contribute to improving patient access to prescription drugs. You bring analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that support the market access of our prescription drugs.
Join a cross-functional, dynamic and international team
As Market Access Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our value-added generics and originator brands achieve and maintain favorable market access conditions. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of Nordic Market Access strategies, working closely with stakeholders (internal and external) across functions and countries. Your work will help overcome access barriers, support and drive pricing discussions, and contribute to value-based stakeholder communication that supports patient needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the development and execution of Nordic price and reimbursement strategies
- Helping build and maintain relationships with payers, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders
- Contribute to the mapping of the patient journey to identify access barriers in order to align strategies with clinical practice
- Supporting the creation of marketing and communication materials that reflect the product’s value proposition
- Cross-functional collaboration with global regulatory, quality and marketing teams and local sales affiliates
- Support the identification of commercial growth opportunities for our RX portfolio
Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Department Manager, you will be part of a growing team responsible for global market access and promotion activities for our RX brands.
Who are you?
You have a bachelor’s degree in health economics, public health, health science, or medicine. A master’s degree in Health Economics or Market Access is preferably. Ideally, you bring 2–3 years of experience from the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, with some exposure to market access, pricing and reimbursement, or policy work. You are fluent in English, comfortable working with both data and people, and thrive in a cross-functional, international environment.

You will be joining the Commercial Excellence team—a small but impactful global department working across market access, commercial strategy, and brand promotion. The team is based in Oslo and Odense and collaborate closely to support our local markets with strategic insights, value communication, and practical tools.
