About the job 

As the Modern Workplace & Identity System Owner, you will be responsible for shaping, governing, and continuously improving Orifarm’s Modern Workplace and Identity platforms. You will ensure secure, compliant, and user-friendly digital tools that support productivity and collaboration across the organization, while meeting strict pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Acting as System Owner for Modern Workplace and Identity solutions including solutions used in regulated or business-critical processes and ensuring compliance where required.
• Defining and driving the Modern Workplace and Identity strategy and roadmap, aligning technology, security, and user experience with business needs.
• Ensuring robust identity and access management, including role-based access, privileged identity management, and periodic access reviews.
• Leading risk assessments, validation activities, and change control for workplace, identity, and related third-party solutions.
• Collaborating closely with Quality Assurance, IT Security, Compliance, IT Support, and business stakeholders to ensure audit readiness, documentation quality, and continuous improvement.

You will report to Director, Infrastructure & Operations and become part of Orifarm’s Corporate IT / IT Solutions organization, working closely with both local and international colleagues.

Who are you? 

You are an experienced IT professional with strong ownership mindset and a structured, compliance-driven approach to digital workplace solutions. You combine technical expertise with the ability to collaborate across functions in a regulated, international environment.

We expect you bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Modern Workplace technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, Windows, macOS, mobile devices).
• Experience in Identity and Access Management, identity governance, and security controls.
• Experience from, or familiarity with, working in regulated environments and with data integrity principles.
• Experience with validation, risk assessments, change control, audits, and inspections.
• Ability to define and maintain policies and governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong experience in leading Modern Workplace solutions is required, supported by solid knowledge of Identity & Access Management and security. Certifications within Modern Workplace technologies are considered an advantage.
