About the job 

In this role, you will act as a trusted legal business partner across the organisation translating legal risks into practical, business-oriented solutions. We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded legal professional who is motivated by working closely with the business and taking ownership of a broad range of commercial contracts.

You will work closely with key stakeholders in Procurement, Business Development, CMO, Commercial and other business functions, contributing to a broad range of legal matters across the Group.

You will:

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, and advise on contract interpretation, amendments, breaches, terminations and contract-related disputes
• Drive and further develop Orifarm's Contract Lifecycle Management framework, including drafting, maintaining and improving contract templates, playbooks and standard clauses
• Develop and implement contract management policies, processes and governance structures
• Explore and drive the opportunities offered by AI and other legal technologies within contract management and legal processes
• Administer and optimise the company's contract management system
• Participate in M&A projects, including legal due diligence, and post-merger integration support
• Support strategic and operational decision-making across the organisation and provide general legal support in areas such as marketing law, intellectual property, corporate law, commercial law and general business law matters together with the rest of the legal team

You will be part of Group Legal and report directly to Orifarm's General Counsel, Lars Brøgger.

Who are you? 

You hold a degree in law (LL.M.) or hold a degree in business law (e.g. cand.merc.jur.). You have a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, including solid experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, gained in an international company or law firm. You bring an interest in or hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management and the digitalisation of legal processes.

You are energised by working closely with colleagues across the business and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. You embrace change and enjoy taking the lead in complex negotiations. You work independently and in a structured manner and build strong relationships internally and externally.

By joining Group Legal, you will become part of a dedicated legal team in an international and ambitious company. In addition to the General Counsel, the team currently consists of two lawyers, Helene Arensbak Mørk and Rasmus Sell Ditlevsen, and we collaborate closely with two lawyers based in Germany, in our Legal Affairs, Pharma Trade team.
