About the role

As our Lead Senior Solution Specialist, you’ll be the strategic and technical owner of Salesforce and the CRM application category at Orifarm. You’ll lead the design, configuration, and optimization of our CRM platform, ensuring it delivers value, compliance, and performance across the business.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, guide junior specialists, and work closely with developers and vendors to ensure our Salesforce ecosystem is future-ready, secure, and aligned with our business goals.


 What you’ll do :

  • Own and lead the CRM platform and affiliated systems.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and system improvements.
  • Lead CRM-related IT part of projects and mentor junior consultants and specialists.
  • Ensure data integrity, platform performance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to enhance processes, workflows, and reporting.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning, release management, and vendor coordination.
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce trends and drive continuous improvement.

You’re a strategic thinker and hands-on Salesforce team player, who thrives in agile environments. You’re passionate about CRM excellence, mentoring others, and delivering solutions that make a difference.

 

You bring:

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and affiliated systems.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integrations, and best practices.
  • Experience with platform ownership, configuration, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and system performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of ITIL4, agile methodologies, and regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Bonus: advanced German skills.
  • Bonus: Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Bonus: Advanced Admin, Agile/Scrum certifications.
